RETURN AND EXCHANGE

In order to qualify for an exchange or a refund:

You must have the following return form fully completed (download pdf)

Items must be returned within 14 days (30 days for international orders) of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase;

The returned items must be in New Condition: not worn, washed or altered in any way and must have all original tags attached

Upon receipt of your return merchandise, if your return merchandise is in New Condition, LYCORNE will issue you a full refund, minus shipping costs.

There is no exchange or refunds on sale items.


If you receive delivery of an item that is not the item, size or color you ordered, you may return the merchandise, in New Condition,

within 14 days (30days for international orders) for a full refund including all shipping costs.

Lycorne is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. We recommend that you return it using registered mail and allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed.
